BOOKING TERM & CONDITIONS
- To confirm your booking, full payment in advance is required.
- Cancellations outside of 14 days will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- Sorry, no refunds for cancellations inside 14 days of your booking – Reschedule may be offered at our discretion, depending on situation and subject to availability.
- Strictly no refunds on returning items early. If you are unsure on your plans, please consider booking day by day (daily bookings are subject to availability).
- No refunds due to weather conditions. Under certain situations we may offer a credit/reschedule at our discretion and subject to availability.
- On collection of your hire we will ask you to sign a bond form which needs you to have a credit card present at the time (we don’t hold your card, or any funds).
- You will be responsible for any damage caused to our hire items, if damage occurs you will be charged a repair or replacement cost.
